    Your Role

    This is a full-time on-site role based in Barcelona. The Account Manager B2B Sales will act as a key commercial link between flower growers and business clients—navigating opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals in the Balkan Region (for one of these countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia); some of your daily tasks include:

    • Drive Sales & Close Deals: Actively source and engage new business clients. Use strategic and creative approaches (including cold calling) to grow your market.
    • Manage Relationships: Build a portfolio of buyers and guide them through the full buying cycle—from onboarding to repeat business.
    • Market Expansion: Spot new opportunities in the region and help shape our growth strategy with local insights.
    • Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify, source, and negotiate flower offers directly with growers via our platform to secure the best market opportunities for your customers.
    • Order Monitoring: Track order status daily, reacting promptly to any changes to act accordingly.
    • Customer Visits & Representation: Travel to meet clients and attend trade events, building trust and long-term partnerships.
    • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth operations—from logistics to payments—working closely with internal teams.
    • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the procurement team to build lasting relationships with clients and growers, ensuring clear and effective communication. Stay calm and solution-oriented in fast-paced or challenging situations. 

    What We're Looking For

    • Market Familiarity: Deep understanding of the country, whether through residence or cultural/market knowledge.
    • Languages: English proficiency (company´s language) + one o more languages of the region.
    • Location: Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate within 3 months.
    • Experience: 3 years in a B2B sales, or account management role. Experience in the flower/agri-trade industry is a plus but not required.
    • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial instincts. Tech-savviness and attention to detail are a must.

    • Competitive Compensation: The position is offered on a freelance basis with monthly compensation consist of a base salary: EUR 2,250 + EUR 100 operational bonus + 10% service pool (a 10% bonus based on the contribution generated by sales).
