Job Description:


In a nutshell


As part of the Regional IT Service Management team, the ITSM Process Manager will be responsible for the implementation and adoption of Service Management Processes, supporting the migration to ServiceNow and working on the evolution of the Platform.


Where will you be based and what business will you support?


Work closely with Global IT Service Management Office (IT SMO) to facilitate implementation of the best Service Management standards, always in alignment with the Group strategy as well as with the regional IT Infrastructure team to ensure successful execution of ITIL processes.


Main areas of influence:
IT Service Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management and Change Management.


How can you help us?

  • Implementation of the IT Service Management processes within the Region.
  • Ensure that all the processes are fully aligned with and implemented within the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
  • Drive Service Management bestpractice and ITIL process compliance across the region.
  • Act as Change Manager of the region by validating the Changes and running the Post Implementation Review.
  • Host the Change Advisory Board meeting.
  • Support stakeholders on the migration to ServiceNow.
  • Support the IT teams on the implementation of the Service Catalog.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and other IT Teams to adjust and improve the ITSM processes as required.
  • Record and prioritize IT Problems with appropriate diligence, to facilitate a swift and effective resolution.
  • Raised identified ServiceNow ITSM enhancements to the global community.
  • Own the CMDB structure, and the integration rules of CMDB data coming from automated discovery, and from alternative data sources for the Region.
  • Support IT Infrastructure Team in creating and maintaining of documentation associated to configuration.
  • Leverage the usage of ServiceNow platform to provide Key Performance Indicators through reports and dashboards to our Stakeholders.

Qualifications:


Are you our kind of extraordinary?

  • Technical Bachelor's degree.
  • More than 5 years of experience in IT Service Management.
  • More than 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
  • ITILv4 Foundation certified.

What else should I know?

  • Selfdriven with strong interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills.
  • Outcome focused, with ability to adapt to varying stakeholder's requirements.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM platform.
  • Understanding of Software and Infrastructure aspects of IT projects.
  • Have strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to understand complex business problems and needs.
