Your Journey:

We are looking for a motivated, ambitious and well-organized Executive Assistant to join our headquarter team in Barcelona. The position provides high-level executive support to the CEO.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and other members of the executive team, as well as internal and external stakeholders. This involves conveying key messages, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring that communication objectives are met.
  • Maintain efficient twoway communication channels between the CEO and stakeholders. Manage communications to the leadership team regarding meetings, events and gatherings.
  • Oversee special projects and strategic priorities of the organization, ensuring progress according to plan and achievement of established objectives.
  • Keep direction meeting minutes and generate action and followup items, ensuring timely execution and completion.
  • Identify and understand the company's priorities and the CEO's strategic focus. Stay informed about key business initiatives and priorities to align support accordingly.
  • Draft presentations, business plans and other documents.
  • Function as a key point of contact for inquiries and issues that arise both internally and externally.
  • Conduct data analysis, research, and report preparation on various issues relevant to the organization, providing key information for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Organize all logistics for the CEO's meetings.

  • Excellent spoken and written English & Hebrew (Spanish is a plus)

  • Prior administrative or legal experience required
  • Experience in our sector and/or as Executive Assistant in a Law Firm will be valued
