Role and Responsibilities
Do you have great organisation and planning skills? Do you have a passion for delivering great customer service. We are looking for an experienced Planner to join our team in Madrid

The Planner is in daily contact with CAE's customer related to short and long-term training demand & requests. The scheduler is responsible for the scheduling of Simulator and Classroom training. He or she work together with other internal departments to deliver best in class customer experience.

  • Responsible for scheduling of Simulator and Classroom training
  • Customer communication related to training demand and requests
  • Communication of WET Training Demand & Requests to the Rostering department
  • Schedules simulator resources to accomplish instructor training, client training, demonstrations.
  • Compliance with the departmental policies and procedures
  • Contribute to standardized Processes and Procedures
  • Attends required weekly scheduling and Area production meetings and provides inputs for reporting requirements
  • Compliance with Health & Safety, Regulatory and GDPR regulations
