    Job Summary

    Johnson Controls is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage the transportation operations within the supply chain. The successful candidate will work closely with the 3PL provider to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods, while optimizing shipments and managing transportation costs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with the 3PL provider to schedule deliveries and track shipments
    • Monitor the performance of the 3PL provider and ensure adherence to service level agreements
    • Resolve any transportation-related issues that may arise
    • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure On Time, In Full Delivery for customers

    Requirements
    • Min 1-3 years of relevant working experience in logistics coordination/control tower operations and shipping document preparation
    • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is preferred
    • High level of English and good communication skills
