We are seeking experienced scientists to join our Large Molecule Bioanalysis department at a Bioanalytical CRO based in Spain. As a Senior Scientist, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating bioanalytical projects for our clients.
Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate Method Validation:
- Oversee the validation of analytical methods for quantifying drugs, antidrug antibodies, or biomarkers in biological matrices using ligand binding assays (ELISA, MSD), and cellbased assays in accordance with international guidelines.
Manage Sample Analysis Projects:
- Coordinate both regulated and nonregulated, preclinical, and clinical studies for sample analysis projects.
Lead Method Development:
- Manage projects related to method development, ensuring efficient and accurate processes.
Client Communication:
- Ensure extensive and effective communication with sponsors, delivering results in a timely manner.
Team Management:
- Organize and provide leadership to laboratory personnel.
Issue Resolution:
- Effectively resolve technical and regulatory issues as they arise.
Strategic Support:
- Actively support Senior Management and participate in strategic projects to optimize procedures.
Required Profile & Qualifications:

Education:

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bioanalytical CROs.
- Proficient in ELISA, MSD, or other Ligand Binding techniques.
- Experience managing validation and sample analysis projects for Immunogenicity and PK determination in preclinical and clinical studies.
- Excellent English proficiency (Spanish is a plus).
Additional Skills:
- Experience in cell culture techniques and qPCR highly valued.
- Deep understanding of international bioanalytical guidelines for PK and Immunogenicity assay validation.
- Familiarity with GLP/GCP regulations.
- Experience with LIMS systems.
