YOUR IMPACT:

Our Engineering Team aims to shape our innovative SaaS platform, ensuring its reliability and scalability.

As an Engineering Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Engineering Manager of Compliance to lead and build a team of talented engineers.

You will pair your people management skills with hands-on development to build great software for the Compliance market.

Shape the platform You will work in a cross-functional engineering team and decide what to build and how to build, to ship value to the customer and make the next generation of compliance software platforms.

Lead from the front Ready to put your hands in the code when needed, leveraging your background as a strong senior engineer. Reviewing merge requests is your regular task. Support your team by discussing and designing software architecture with other engineers.

Sharing is caring Be ready to organize and lead presentations about topics you have mastered. Keep yourself and your colleagues up to date with the new technologies to help move the engineering department forward.
