You will drive Demand Planning capability development in Europe across people, technology and processes.

You will be the business partner to selected market DP teams in Europe and drive continuous improvement initiatives delivering forecast accuracy improvement.

You will also partner with Global IBP design & Europe IBP deployment teams to implement the DP, S&OE & S&OP transformation program.

Accountabilities:


  • Maintain business partnership with selected BU's, sharing and facilitating best practise sharing across the sector(s).
  • Drive capability improvements by maintaining periodic maturity assessments and identifying changes that support performance improvement
  • Build a continuous improvement roadmap for each market and align on building blocks to include within annual Forecast Accuracy target setting.
  • Provide sustain support for Prolink BY demand planning
  • Be part of the IBP Deployment program transforming DP/ S&OE & S&OP processes and tools in Europe.
  • Support the fitgap analysis of Global design vs existing BU processes to identify the biggest change impacts
  • Ensure the functional requirements recorded for developing the technology solution adequately covers the market processes. Support identification of change management/ training where processes need to change
  • Ensure testing scenarios appropriately cover the functional requirements
  • Provide functional and project liaison support during parallel run, deployment and hyper care stages of implementation.

Leadership & Individual Effectiveness Behaviours

  • Outstanding communication and presentational skills, ability and prior experience in taking others with you at different levels of the organisation, from operating roles to senior Executives in the Europe Sector.
  • Proven capabilities in driving complex agenda with ability to clearly explain complex supply chain messages into actionable insights, influence senior cross functional stakeholders on best practices and change management.
  • Builds a comprehensive stakeholder management including mapping, analysis, change impact assessment and associated action plan.
  • Detailed knowledge of Supply Chain interdependencies and best practices
  • Excellent understanding of business planning processes at BU/ Sector and Category levels

Qualifications:

  • Degree /MBA in relevant discipline with at least 5+ years supply chain experience showing excellent thinking/problem solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Russian is required
  • Strong analytical and logical skills with ability to make a recommendation and process improvement skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding and technical capability to use advanced forecasting, integrated SC planning systems with experience deploying such technologies
  • Very deep knowledge of Supply Chain & Integrated Business Planning
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills ability to work constructively/ collaboratively to get results
