PayRetailers is a payment gateway designed to handle mass online payments to the Latin American market.

The company combines local markets expertise with payment technology enabling global merchants to successfully expand their business into high growth, emerging markets while eliminating the many operational complexities of managing cross-border payments.

Our Marketing team is growin and we are seeking a highly skilled and creative Copy Writer who is a native English speaker to join our team in Barcelona.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging copy for various digital channels.

You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that all content is aligned with our brand voice and messaging.

Job duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand voice and messaging and ensure that all copy is consistent with our brand guidelines.
Conduct research to stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in copywriting.
Edit and proofread all copy for accuracy, clarity, and grammar.
Optimize copy for SEO to increase organic traffic to our website.
Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure that copy and visuals work together to create an engaging user experience.
Monitor and report on the performance of copy and make recommendations for improvement.

Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in digital marketing.
Native English speaker with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how to optimize copy for search engines.
Ability to write in different tones and styles depending on the audience and channel.
Strong research skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise copy.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
