Responsibilities:
Key Action Areas
- Increase overall awareness of IE Undergraduate programs in the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland and Austria).
- Plan, manage & implement business development and commercial activities for the region to promote IE's Undergraduate programs.
- Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities, including: Fairs, school visits, presentations, information sessions, etc.
- Benchmark competitors focusing mainly on their commercial activities and programs.
- Reports to the Office director, Channel Director and Regional director.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Master's degree from IE University or another leading school.
- Between 03 years of professional experience.
- Experience in sales, marketing, communications, business development, ideally in the education sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and German is fundamental.
- Experience in an international environment.
- Intellectual curiosity, open minded and creative.
- Great communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and commercial drive.
- Strong teamwork capability and a positive customeroriented style.
- Analytical and numerical skills.
- Solutionoriented and a positive/cando attitude.
- Availability to travel across the region.
- Legal authorization to work in Spain.
