The head of Product Delivery Excellence is accountable for ensuring tight alignment between the product organization and the engineering organization.

This includes partnering with the Product Operations Lead to ensure planning and execution of cross-product PI's.

This leader will ensure that the Product, Engineering, and Design teams are aligned and driving towards the same Scorecard targets including objectives and key results, major product deliveries, alignment with business value commitments, and customer deployments.

This role is key to the success of the Evinova business, ensuring the Product, Engineering, and Design teams stay focused on the business goals and adjust as needed to meet the constantly evolving needs of our external customers.

This manager will work closely with the Evinova Leadership team (especially the CTO, the Head of Product, the Head of Science, and the Head of Design), leading the decision-making cadence across all of the Evinova collaborator groups.

The leader also manages a team of delivery managers accountable for the operational delivery of individual product roadmaps against their commitments, through the planning and oversight of Agile delivery teams.

This includes managing delivery scope, resources, and financials, and ensuring alignment between the product priorities/roadmaps and the product engineering delivery plans.

This role will partner closely with the product teams, engineering teams, and quality teams to ensure an automated tooling solution that limits manual work and simplifies the effort to provide end-to-end reporting from Key Results, through Product roadmaps and quality reporting.

The scope of this role includes the entire Evinova portfolio, for AstraZeneca and for external customers who will be using Evinova products.

This role will be accountable for setting up and running the PMO, reporting to the director of the Evinova Product Engineering organization.

Additionally, this role will establish and maintain the key results, operational metrics, release planning, delivery maturity, and related tooling to ensure the smooth operations of the engineering team and the transparent communication of the results.

Delivery Portfolio:

Working across the different Evinova Product Teams, lead the development and delivery against the Evinova Product Roadmaps, including Key results and scorecard commitments.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Lead the development and implementation of tools and processes for both internal and external use for key results identification and execution, product maturity improvements, quality of delivery, as well as product execution and support. Ensure outcomes are aligned with product value and are executed against the committed timelines. Regular monitoring and analysis will help identify areas for improvement, measure the efficiency of digital health initiatives, and inform future decisionmaking.
Organizational Agility &

Technical Excellence:

Ensure teams are cross-functional, successful, and produce high-quality solutions that deliver the desired value; help mature CI/CD pipeline practices and drive 'quality built-in' techniques.

Internal Crossfunctional Collaboration: Partner with the Product Operations lead to guide and implement governance and execution of the Evinova product portfolio. Coordinate organizational alignment between product, engineering, strategy, and craft against the delivery portfolio.
Team Leadership: Direct Management responsibility for the delivery managers and the PMO and supporting the broader Engineering leadership team. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, setting clear objectives and ensuring the team has the necessary resources to implement Engineering Delivery Objectives. Lead the daytoday operational delivery of the teams including planning, agile delivery, operational metrics, financials, resource planning, and release planning. Led the Evinova Engineering team Project Management Office, which supports the delivery managers with financial, contracting, and other administrative duties.
Planning: Coordinate annual product planning lifecycle in coordination with the Product Operations lead, ensuring tight coordination between the annual product roadmaps, and the engineering planning processes to ensure a single product plan.
