We are seeking a highly qualified SAP FSM Specialist to join our team and play a key role in the implementation and optimization of the SAP FSM system.

Responsibilities:


  • Configure, customize and implement the SAP FSM system according to company requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and document business processes and translate them into efficient solutions within SAP FSM.
  • Provide technical support and training to system users, ensuring proper and effective adoption.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to SAP FSM, implementing improvements and updates as needed.
  • Perform testing and validate system changes and customizations to ensure stability and data integrity.
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas of opportunity and propose corrective actions or continuous improvements.

Requirements:


  • Availability to travel
  • Proven experience implementing and configuring the SAP FSM system.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP FSM functionality and modules such as work orders, inventory management, technician routing, scheduling, billing, reporting, etc.
  • Familiarity with related technologies such as SAP ERP, CRM and asset management systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders of different hierarchical levels.
  • Experience in user training and postimplementation technical support.
  • Academic background in Information Technology, Engineering or related field.

Salary: 1,500.00€ - 3,000.00€ per month
