We are a globally distributed team of Records & Information Management and IT specialists providing outstanding first line and second line of defence services in records management, data lifecycle management and information governance.

We are seeking an expert engineer to lead the technical implementation of a records management solution. You would be responsible for delivering the solution using Alfresco product. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide handson engineering and solution architecture expertise and leadership for Documents and Records domain implementing the solution using Alfresco.
Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on engineering best practices, industry solutions, standards, products, and technical designs to team members, ensuring compliance with Swiss Re Enterprise Architecture, IT governance, and technical standards.
Collaborate with other IT Teams and customers to ensure seamless integration with existing 250+ systems.
Define the target solution architecture and make technical recommendations to achieve a global and compliant document and records management platform
Validate vendor responses, conduct technology assessments, review proposals and work in collaboration with core team and thirdparty providers to deliver business value.

About you:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and managing records management solutions, at least one implementation using Alfresco
Domain expert for API Integrations, microservices full stack knowledge (preferably certified Azure Solution Architect) of technologies in Azure, proficiency in Angular, C#, JS, DotNetCore
Proficient in English
Expert skill with Alfresco Development Framework is a huge plus. Prior experience working on Documentum is desirable

Nice to have:

Functional knowledge in Documents/Records Management is helpful
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, microservice architecture and containerization is helpful.
Have you already worked in an Agile way of working
It's a plus
