Role Overview:

As a team member for our HR Team, you will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment processes related to strategy, technology, & data.

The main responsibilities will be:

Identify the best talent (through screening or research) and handle the end-to-end recruitment process

Anticipate, design and implement a recruitment strategy to meet these needs:

Partnership with senior business stakeholders to align and execute the recruiting strategy:

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events:

Ensuring a professional customer focused interaction both internally and externally:

Working on other recruiting projects as necessary

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related:

-
An excellent communicator with strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to manage up and influence:

-
Able to work autonomously and collaboratively closely as part of a team:

-
A high performer with exceptional organization:

-
Excellent spoken and written English is required, additional languages are a plus

Able to maintain confidential information and discretion
