    The Role

    • Dedicated Site Reliability Engineer combining software development, infrastructure operations, and business skills to ensure the high reliability of our global language education platform. The SRE ensures top-in-the-industry uptime and fast product innovations while keeping an eye on system capacity and performance.
    Main Responsibilities: Own the availability and performance of mission-critical services,
    build automation to prevent problems recurrence,
    improve lead time for engineers,
    ,scalability,, observability, and alerting., incident response, postmortems,Collaborate with product teams to help them tackle technical issues design new systems Strengthen credibility quality team's execution Follow FinOps best practices Manage rotation across team
