We are looking for an
-
Automation and optimization project lead (Career Development Program 2023) based in
-
Barcelona.
The Automation and optimization project lead will be responsible for executing automation and optimization projects on Production activities for Packaged Gases Operations, also will identify projects from data analysis and processes study that can bring improvement in safety or productivity
- work in conjunction with Engineering to plan and execute the projects.

Responsible for creating project plans, follow up on actions and engage with other departments to ensure success of the projects. Part of the job is to study processes and identify opportunities, define the scope of the improvement projects, and present the business case for innovative solutions to support growth, efficiency, cost reduction & simplicity.

Eager to learn
Spanish speaking is mandatory due to location of assignment
Fluent English
Fully mobile and willing to relocate during the course of the programme, as our assignments are based throughout mainland Europe and the UK
