The person will be responsible for the development of the Ormco and Spark business activities in Madrid and South Spain region.

He/ she will need to establish and grow customer base in his territory. Provide focused training and sales development to our customers as well as cultivating relationships. Develop leads from our direct channels by creatively finding ways to penetrate the market and generate additional leads. Besides, the Regional Sales Manager has the leadership responsibility over 7 team members.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent Ormco in the designed territory of his/her responsibility
  • Develop market share and new customers together with established KOL
  • Continue to develop our regional network
  • Develop leads from our distribution channels by creatively finding ways to penetrate the market and generate additional leads
  • Drive increased effectiveness and efficiency through value selling and Voice of Customer initiatives
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships through regular participation in events, travel to customers, sales ridealong, educational events etc.
  • Actively ensure increasing mindshare through creative sales and marketing efforts such as product offerings, promotions, campaigns and trainings
  • Develop sales with active commitment to customer focus Ensure Customer Relationship Management Assess and manage sales funnel to drive forecast and planning accuracy Ensure liaison with the EMEA functional Team Benchmark and incorporate best practices

Job Requirements:


  • 510 years of Business Development experience, preferably in the orthodontic or dental industry
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Economics or equivalent experience
  • Ability to build a Team and Manage by "example" do what it takes
  • Driving improved sales efficiency through the rigorous use of sales management tools
  • Strong ability in strategic and analytic thinking
  • Results orientation must deliver results
  • Superior communications skills combined with a high customer and service orientation
  • Superior consulting/influencing skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management
  • Strong relationship building and management skills
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of the Area is a must
  • Drivers license required and willingness to travel regularly
  • Languages: Spanish and English required
