    What You'll Do:

    We are looking for an exceptionally talented and driven professional to join our Talent & Learning team as Learning & Development Senior Manager. Our team is a set-you-up-for-success squad The Learning & development team cultivate an experiential environment for all employees to enhance their skills and career growth to shape our future at Criteo.

    Reporting to the Senior Director of our Talent & Learning Organization you'll be leading a Global L&D Team. You will be responsible for the global L&D offer, enabling your team to design & deliver innovative and best in class learning experiences.

    We expect you to be a coach, a leader with a passion for development, a high level of flexibility & commitment. A proven record of managing a global team, taking ownership, designing & delivering development programs in an innovative way, improving processes for time saving is key. Experience in a transforming organization is key as is work experience in intercultural environment.

    What are the key responsibilities of the role?

    • Lead, develop & motivate a team of around 6 L&D Professionals.
    • Design, develop and deliver learning products and experiences for leaders globally
    • Partner closely with People Business Partners to support functions in upskilling & reskilling (based on Development Needs Analysis) as well as leadership teams and central teams to drive program adoption and engagement
    • Understand our company culture, audience needs and identify the appropriate learning solutions to meet business needs
    • Ensure there is a solid learning structure (processes, clarity in roles & responsibilities, dashboards) with a focus on employee experience & data (using learning KPIs for decision making)
    • Deliver group coaching sessions and workshops to a targeted audience as well as facilitate trainings in a variety of delivery format
    • Stay up to date on emerging trends within the learning & Development space to ensure that appropriate learnings are executed
    • Manage the global L&D budget, procurement contracts, and external partners.

    What you bring to the table:

    • 10+ years' experience in Learning & Development role or leadership position inclusive of L&D responsibilities.
    • Coaching certification and experience (ICF, co-active coaching, gallup certification...)
    • Deep experience of identifying needs, designing, creating and driving relevant and impactful learning experiences
    • Demonstrated knowledge of a range of learning tools and technologies
    • Facilitation and instructional design experience, with an ability to adapt content real time to address needs
    • Strong executive presence, leadership agility and demonstrated ability to advise and influence stakeholders, and inspire and lead a team of learning experts.
    • Ability to effectively collaborate and influence at all levels and across functions and geographies
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities
    • Fluent English (written and spoken)
    • High tool affinity and excellent MS office skills
