Looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to be part of our marketing squad. As a Social Media Platform Assistant and Creator, you'll have a key role in boosting brand recognition and nurturing interactive communities on TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter. Your genuine voice and ability to connect with followers will convey our brand's message, building meaningful relationships and achieving campaign objectives. You'll have the chance to either leverage your current follower base or strategically expand our online footprint. Alongside, a significant aspect of your job will be to publish pre-made content from us, making content creation easier and giving you more time to focus on engaging and growing.

Responsibilities

• Content Utilisation: Post top-notch content provided by our team seamlessly using your iPhone for easy workflow and consistent activity across platforms.
• Content Creation: Optionally produce, select, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform's specific audience and guidelines.
• Community Engagement: Actively interact with followers, reply to comments and messages to nurture a lively and positive community.
• Brand Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing crew to grasp and align with brand values, campaign aims, and messaging.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track engagement and performance metrics to gauge content impact, offering insights and suggestions for future strategies.
• Outreach and Expansion: Proactively explore new collaboration opportunities and audience expansion, connecting with potential partners and engaging in relevant online communities.
• Market Research: Keep up with social media trends, competitor tactics, and emerging platforms to keep the brand fresh and innovative.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Platform Assistant and Creator or in a similar role showing engagement and growth on TikTok, Instagram, and/or Twitter.
• Thorough understanding of each platform's best practices, trends, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills, written and visual, with the ability to adjust tone and style to fit the brand and audience.
• Creative mindset with a sharp eye for aesthetics and quality content.
• Capability to analyze data, make conclusions, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and campaign requirements in a fast-paced setting.
• Must have an iPhone for accessing and sharing provided content.
