As Compliance Manager at American Express in Madrid (Spain), responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Manage Financial Crimes Compliance aspects of the Legal Entities governance structure.
The position will supervise a team of 3 compliance analysts and 2 assistants performing compliance professionals focusing on governance matters as well as providing advisory support to the region card issuing business.
