For our division in Muro de Alcoy, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner profile to cover an interim position._

Main responsabilities

Payroll management of all the division's employees.
Control and management of the entire recruitment process (recruitment, on boarding, followup).
Propose effective HR solutions adapted to the challenges of the company and ensure the implementation of the Group's HR policies.
Resolving staff queries and managing daytoday issues.
Contribute to the design of organisations (skills, resources, processes) that are adapted to the challenges of the business.
Managing talent, performance and competence, engagement, diversity and inclusion.
Absenteeism management.
Management and monitoring of internal communication
Management, control and monitoring of training for all staff.
Uniform management
Fostering good communication and transparency within the company
Contributing to people development
Management of the HR database
Support and followup of the PMC
Reporting
Be part of Management Team

Profile

Education_: Labor Relations Degree or similar.
Experience_: 3 years in a similar position at least.
Languages_: High level of English
Technical knowledge_

- advanced use of excel

Knowledge of Spanish legislation

- knowledge of spanish payroll
