Your mission - should you choose to accept it


As our Revenue Operations Manager you will partner with our Commercial Director and Growth Lead to make sure we maximize the output of all of PDF Tools revenue generating activities.

You will oversee the Sales and Marketing processes, pipeline efficiency and the tools and systems supporting this.

You will empower our Sales and Marketing leaders to make decisions with accurate reporting and forecasting, bringing quality information to the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including our CRM system and other platforms.
  • Identify trends, measure performance against pipeline goals, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Resolve data anomalies and ensure data accuracy through proper documentation.
  • Monitor and report on the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Share insights and recommendations to enhance pipeline velocity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve marketing, business development, and sales processes.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new technology tools within revenue operations.
  • Work closely with different teams across the organization to turn data into actionable plans.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the sales and marketing funnel using HubSpot.
  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM system, including data integrity, workflows, and automation.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on HubSpot best practices and processes.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide insights to leadership.
  • Prepare and maintain commission plans

What you bring

  • 23 years of experience in revenue operations or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • HubSpot certifications and experience with other sales and marketing tools are a plus.
