From Marlex we are collaborating with an important company from the automotive industry, located in Santa Oliva, El Vendrell, and currently they need to incorporate in their team an
Developement Test Engineer.

What would be your mission within the company?
Reporting to the Chief Developement Engineer of the company, the selected person will be:

Responsible for the delivery of the test programs for vehicle lines under their responsibility.
Liaise with UK Design personnel to organise and oversee the preparation of test vehicles, instrumentation, spares, and test components.
Responsible for supply of test results and data required to complete DPTA matrices in line with the procedures and timing of the NMIP process.
Preparation of test reports as required to support the generation of DPTA and DPTI documentation.
The role is a key project delivery role and will require the use of a high level of technical judgement, in collaboration with the necessary Chief Engineers and Specialists, to give guidance and direction to achieve successful project delivery.
Prepare, schedule, coordinate the vehicle testing program in coordination with the Chief Development Engineer
Chassis.
Maintain test fleet build status, usage condition and schedule.
Drive continuous improvement of Design Test Procedures and methodology.
Support design engineers in resolving development issues by facilitating and prioritising testing activities in line with NMIP requirements.

You have a Mechanical Engineery or similar.
You have minimum experience in a similar position like Quality, I+D, testing, or similar.
You have a strong workload management skills that is demonstrated in the results they achieve.
You have the ability to demonstrate urgency and consistently deliver to promise.
You speak Advanced English.
You are organised, structured, plans ahead and "thinks around corners".
