The Role

Work within Center of Excellence for Global Communications
Contribute to creation and execution of a robust, effective internal communications plan to support senior executives in engaging Kyndryl employees and driving culture.
Deliver quality content consistently, ethically, professionally, and on time in the face of demanding deadlines, while demonstrating discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
Gather employee stories and communicate them through various formats.
Help manage and maintain the internal Kyndryl Indi intranet.
Collect, organize, and deploy crossfunctional content and messaging by collaborating with external communications, corporate social responsibility, human resources and legal affairs, and other units.
Promote effective communication activities using internal tools such as Acoustic and Microsoft Suite.
Collaborate closely with teammates on crosscorporate affairs campaigns and, at times, work independently.

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

3+ years of proven experience developing and delivering internal communications programs in a corporate or agency setting.
Adept at content development (PowerPoint and other mediums)
Proficiency in English (writing and speaking)

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

5+ years of proven experience developing and delivering internal communications programs in a corporate or agency setting.
Fluency in English (writing and speaking)
Experience in videoediting and graphical design is a plus
Experience driving social engagement via LinkedIn and other platforms a plus
Bachelor's or Master's Degree with Concentration in Communications or Journalism
