The Role

  • Work within Center of Excellence for Global Communications
  • Contribute to creation and execution of a robust, effective internal communications plan to support senior executives in engaging Kyndryl employees and driving culture.
  • Deliver quality content consistently, ethically, professionally, and on time in the face of demanding deadlines, while demonstrating discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Gather employee stories and communicate them through various formats.
  • Help manage and maintain the internal Kyndryl Indi intranet.
  • Collect, organize, and deploy crossfunctional content and messaging by collaborating with external communications, corporate social responsibility, human resources and legal affairs, and other units.
  • Promote effective communication activities using internal tools such as Acoustic and Microsoft Suite.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates on crosscorporate affairs campaigns and, at times, work independently.
Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 3+ years of proven experience developing and delivering internal communications programs in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Adept at content development (PowerPoint and other mediums)
  • Proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of proven experience developing and delivering internal communications programs in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Fluency in English (writing and speaking)
  • Experience in videoediting and graphical design is a plus
  • Experience driving social engagement via LinkedIn and other platforms a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree with Concentration in Communications or Journalism
