The Department:


The Country Management department is responsible for optimising development and driving performance to maximize the local market potential of all brands and products.

Purpose of the role:


Reporting into the Growth Manager, the Performance Media Lead Spain will be responsible for supporting the performance of the Group's mobile organic and paid media campaigns across mobile & tablet as well as a small number of key online partnerships.


You will be responsible for:

  • Setting up, executing, and reporting mobile app and online media campaigns both independently and in collaboration with the team.
  • Managing, motivating, and coaching direct reports.
  • Managing the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artefacts and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch.
  • Optimisation and monitoring of campaign variables to ensure that performance targets are met and exceeded and manage campaign troubleshooting and billing.
  • Reporting campaign performance and ROI in line with channel goals and KPIs, on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Supporting the rest of the team in media planning & buying as well as ASO and work closely with the group's mobile agencies.
  • Building and growing the relationship with our existing and new media partners.
  • Organizing regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Review) with the networks/partners, making sure that there are as insightful as they can be.

You will have:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Good knowledge about mobile app market or digital media.
  • A desire to do both strategic planning and daily execution/optimization.
  • Experience with managing a team.
  • Experience with running and optimizing successful digital campaigns in a competitive sector.
  • Relevant professional experience, preferably in bid management, campaign management, or digital operations.
  • Highly numerate and analytical with ability to discover valuable insights from data sets and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
  • Good understanding of budget and billing/invoicing management.
It would be a bonus if you also had:

  • Understanding of the sports media landscape.
  • Direct handson experience with mobile advertising platforms like Apple Search and Google Ads.
  • Either experience in programmatic space or/and ASO and mobile app install campaigns is a plus.
  • Experience working across international markets.
  • Knowledge in adserving and 3rd party tracking vendors like Appsflyer.
