    We're partnering with a product-first technology company to hire an HR Director - Head of People Product to turn human potential into a scalable system.

    This is a senior, high-impact leadership role for someone who blends people leadership, product thinking, execution rigor, and AI fluency.

    • Embed execution discipline across leadership
    • Use AI, analytics, and systems thinking to amplify managers and talent
    • You'll act as the CEO's right hand, turning culture, talent, and execution into a measurable competitive advantage.

    What You'll Do:

    • Design and scale people products (onboarding, coaching, career paths, internal mobility)
    • Own the full talent lifecycle, from hiring to retention
    • Lead Recruitment & Talent Acquisition with clear metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire)
    • Embed execution frameworks (OKRs, decision rights, accountability systems)
    • Build fast, fair performance and remediation processes
    • Launch AI-enabled people tools and analytics
    • Translate culture and "vibe" into enforceable, measurable standards
    • Partner closely with the CEO, executive team, and board.

    What We're Looking For:

    • 8-12+ years in senior People / HR / Product / Execution leadership roles
    • Proven experience building scalable people systems or platforms
    • Strong execution mindset with governance, metrics, and accountability
    • Hands-on experience applying AI or automation to people processes
    • Data-driven, written-first, and comfortable operating at C-level
    • Tough-minded, fair, and deeply values-driven

    What Success Looks Like:

    • High adoption of new people products
    • Improved hiring quality, retention, and performance velocity
    • Clear accountability and execution discipline across leadership
    • AI pilots delivering real efficiency or quality gains
    • Strong culture clarity and manager effectiveness metrics.

    Location: On-site in Barcelona, Spain (generous relocation support available)

    Compensation: Competitive senior package (base + bonus + equity)
