Join Our Sales Team and Revolutionize the Antenna Market

What You'll Do:

The Sales Executive will focus on
identifying large potential end customers for sale of Ignion antennas.

The holder of this position will rely upon solid industry relationships within the wireless technology community to penetrate new accounts, establish new business and create/maintain a pipeline of high-probability award opportunities.

It is expected that the position will work closely with the Ignion management team to build and assess new opportunities and open access to new accounts across a number of different verticals within the IoT space.


Embracing the role of a Sales Representative entails taking a proactive approach to
seek out and cultivate novel business prospects, all while nurturing valuable partnerships in the RF/Antenna sphere.



Your central duties encompass:

Manage the complete sales cycle from identifying opportunities, generating leads, qualifying, coordinating and executing sales and proposal activities.

Includes coordinating with appropriate internal resources to participate in business development, sales, financial forecasting, proposal generation and contract negotiation & closing activities.


Sales Management:

Devise and execute a robust sales strategy to drive market penetration, focusing on OEMs, ODMs, CMs, module makers, MRs, and distributors.

Be relentless in your pursuit of new business opportunities.


Target Achievement:
Take full ownership of sales targets and plans for the assigned region. Craft a dynamic business plan aligned with our aggressive growth objectives.


Pipeline Growth:
Be the driving force behind pipeline management. Efficiently move prospects from initial engagement to revenue generation, collaborating with internal resources and manufacturing representatives.


Key Account Generation:
Proactively identify and capitalize on new key customer prospects. Leverage your personal network in the antenna/RF domain to develop key relationships that translate into tangible business outcomes.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth engineering collaboration, seamless sales processes, accurate financial forecasting, and successful proposal generation.


Market Engagement:
Represent our brand at seminars, presentations, and trade shows. Command the stage as an industry expert, capturing new leads and elevating our market presence.


Conversion Excellence:
Employ strategies to increase the conversion ratio during pivotal design stages. Manage a high-potential opportunity pipeline and continually refine tactics for success.


Strategic Partnerships:
Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with OEMs, ODMs, CMs and MRs, fostering a foundation of trust and mutual benefit.


Channel Synergy:

Collaborate intensively with representatives and distributors, equipping them with the tools, training, and guidance necessary to achieve and exceed sales objectives.


Winning Proposals:
Work closely with internal teams to intimately understand customer needs and expectations. Craft compelling bids and proposals that align with our solutions.


Profitable Growth:
Drive territory expansion with a sharp eye on controlling expenses and maximizing ROI.


CRM Mastery:
Efficiently manage project and sales data within the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.


Customer Satisfaction:

Go above and beyond to ensure customers and partners are not only satisfied but delighted to collaborate with us, setting the stage for their market success.


Qualifications and Skills:

B.S. Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering or relevant experience selling electronical components/semiconductors/antennas.

Business Administration.

Proven record of high-performance sales, particularly within the Antenna or RF industry. Experienced in wireless protocols such as cellular, LoRa, Wi-Fi, BLE, Wisun, UWB, GNSS.

Exceptional understanding of strategic sales, pipeline management, and relationship cultivation.

Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in managing internal and external sales resources for optimal outcomes.

Willingness to travel extensively for trade shows, and client interactions. At least 35% travelling expected.

Strong proficiency in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.

Exceptional presentation abilities, with the capacity to represent the company as a thought leader at industry events.

Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results.
