As commercial director you will be responsible for 3 countries with 6 team leaders and 60 sales representatives.

  • Developing objectives for the call center's daytoday activities.
  • Conducting effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
  • Collecting and analyzing callcenter statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.)
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

Requirements:

Experience managing teams of at least 30 sales representatives.
Experience in defining and implementing growth and business development strategies.
Bilingual English and high level of French and/or Italian.
