Description and Requirements:

**Responsibilities: - Reporting to the Manager Planning & Engineering, you will have 9 key responsibilities:

  • Contributes Systems design/requirements for documentation in support of PL153 (Account Specific),
  • TA357 (Technical Architecture) will be provided by the Architecture team which we may contribute towards and help create.
  • PL153 designs will be a derivative of the TA357 and require strong documentation skills.
  • Develop the Design standards and document our roadmap for Microsoft technologies such as;
  • Active Directory
  • Azure Active Directory
  • SSO


  • Office365 / Windows36

  • Identity Access Management (IAM)
  • Develop the Design standards and document our roadmap for automation in regards to Virtual Machine provisioning, enforcing security standards, deploying required configurations to support new customer launchers, and many other items, also introducing Powershell, Python or Json to simplify, automate and orchestrate deployments.
  • Create solution designs, ensuring that they are consistent with the architecture frameworks.
  • Develop operational "Best Practises", standards and processes to ensure highly available solutions for our customers.
  • Perform peer reviews and approval on technology solution designs, ensuring that they are consistent with the architecture frameworks.
  • Guide, develop IT Operation team members as they support the technology solution.
  • Provide leadership / customers with status updates of the projects that you are leading.
  • Manage and lead large engineering projects and be able to manage other teams as required to deploy systems.

Requirements:


  • Schedule flexibility
  • Required (Be able to participate in our 24X7 rotation schedule nights,weekends, and holidays).
  • 5+ years experience in technology (HW and SW).
  • 1+ years of related work experience in the CCO industry.
  • 1 years experience IT Operations, demonstrated experience in identifying and understanding customer technical/business needs and matching technology to meet their needs. Experience in solution architecture is preferred, but not required.

Knowledge:


  • Advanced technical skills in handling Linux OS, Debian, Centos, etc.
  • Advanced technical skills to understand and create Powershell, JSON, and Python scripts focusing on automation and orchestration.
  • Knowledge of at least one of; Microsoft Azure Cloud Services (Azure), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Ability to develop Short, Medium, Long term technology roadmaps for technology supporting Contact Center Operations industry.
  • Communication skills both written (Technical) and verbal. Have the ability to present to the Leadership Team and Customers.
  • Ability to work on company wide (Global), multifunctional complex systems. Analysis skills required at a highly perceptible level with ability to intuitively see any complex problem/solution accurately as a collection of various components.
  • Ability to work with a Global IT organization and define technology standards and processes.
  • Ability to provide consultation to other projects on his/her area of expertise.
  • Financial management (financial, operating & technical risks) and modeling.
  • Ability to Project Manage deployment of technology across all domains.

Studies & Experience:


  • Closed pensum in Computer Science or related fields
  • Plus
  • Engineering degree or technical diploma with demonstrated experience. Certifications from appropriate vendors such as Microsoft and Cisco will be favourable.
  • Completed online Courses of IAspire Essentials (12 courses)
