Job Overview

This role focuses on developing and maintaining our Integrated Management System in various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the assigned project's Integrated Management System, ensuring it aligns with company expectations.
• Take proactive measures to halt production when potential risks arise.
• Leverage leadership skills to guide teams through certification processes for the Integrated Management System IATF.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in one of these fields: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality engineer is required, with at least three years spent in the automotive industry being an added advantage. Proficiency in English-Advanced level is necessary for effective communication. Furthermore, specialized knowledge includes but not limited to Global Standards and audits, General product material knowledge and Quality control tools along customer relationship management and people management plus CSR/Customer Portals capability).
