**Das kommt auf dich zu**:
- Du hilfst aktuellen und potentiellen Kunden zu verstehen wie die Social Media Management-Plattform funktioniert
- Du identifizierst das Problem der Kunden durch aktives Zuhören und Nachfragen und löst es oder leitest es an den technischen Support weiter
- Du nimmst an Virtuellen Meetings des Support Teams teil und gibst konstruktives Feedback, das zur Verbesserung der Plattform beiträgt
- Du bist selbst Beta-Tester und prüfst neue Gadgets auf der Plattform Du überarbeitest die deutschsprachigen FAQ's und verbesserst sie

lebst Kundenbetreuung und hast das bestenfalls schon in einem vorherigen Job unter Beweis gestellt
- bestenfalls bereits Erfahrungen rund um SaaS- und CRM-Tools gesammelt hast
- fließend Deutsch und Englisch sprichst
- bereits ein Gewerbe angemeldet hast oder kein Problem damit hast es noch zu tun, damit du deine monatlichen Rechnungen stellen kannst
- dich mit Arbeit aus dem Homeoffice wohlfühlst und Slack und Co. für dich keine Fremdwörter sind
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Social Media mitbringst
- Vollzeit verfügbar bist in der Zeit zwischen 09.00 und 18.00 Uhr (MEZ)
