What we're looking for:

We're looking for a Product Design Manager who likes to sweat all the details.

Why you'll want to come to work:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of standards, industry trends, emerging platforms, and design/UX best practices and be able to train and mentor others in these areas.
Create wireframes, prototypes, contextual analysis, and other design artifacts.
Understand and be able to guide designers on how and when to utilize low, medium, and highfidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
Strong understanding of and ability to incorporate accessibility into your work, including 508 compliance and WCAG 2.1 AA
Provide meaningful and actionable feedback on the work of product designers.
Manage the design team's capacity and resources to ensure efficient and effective product design processes.
Mentor and guide product designers, helping them to progress on their skills, knowledge, and capabilities to level up and grow in their careers.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams such as product management, engineering, and user research to ensure that design solutions are feasible, viable, and meet user needs.
Work with the Buyer Experience Design Leadership team to set the direction of user experience at Gartner Digital Markets.
Understand and be an advocate for usercentered design processes.
Design how our products work, not just how it looks.
Analyze and incorporate quantitative data and qualitative insights into design.

What you'll bring to the team:

5+ years of experience with industry-leading tools, such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.
5+ years of experience in digital product design, user experience, information architecture, interaction design, and/or visual design.
Have a strong and demonstrated understanding of visual design, information hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Advance verbal English skills (we work in English)
