    We are seeking a skilled Hotel Sales Director to join our team at Key Talent Indicator. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and procedures to meet revenue targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate clients, travel agents, OTA's, and event planners.
    • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.

    A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year is offered, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including private health insurance, paid vacation days, and opportunities for professional development.
