About You


The EMEA Supply Chain Central Support Team is looking for a Strategic Analyst with exceptional initiative, critical thinking, problem solving, and continuous improvement skills who aspire to develop themselves.


You will need to love data and working with large data sets so advanced skills in excel and data visualization tools are required.

In addition, you will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to translate this data to key stakeholders within the business including members of our leadership team.


Working to tight deadlines is crucial as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritise, work on your own initiative as well as being part of a core team.

The Role


The team's responsibility is to initiate and support change initiatives and enhancement requests, and to provide internal consulting support to the functional areas in Logistics & Distribution (transport, warehouse, pallet, inventory management) and the wider Supply Chain for relevant topics and projects across the finished goods distribution network.

As a member of the Strategy, Analysis & Insights unit of the team you will be:

  • Supporting internal customers with the provision of cost, insights and high-quality analyses and effective distribution of Kimberly-Clark products
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex end to end processes; and proactively identify and lead initiatives to standardize, optimize and improve business processes.
  • Adept at influencing and have an innovative approach to achieving value adding solutions to the business.
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across the Supply Chain.
  • You will support local and global programs for EMEA Logistics with a specific focus on network optimization and data analysis.
  • Utilizing insights to facilitate process improvement and drive best practices across the region
  • You will work with large data sets, combine information and highlight patterns and relevant information to stakeholders
  • Committed to build knowledge in Advanced Analytics, and contribute to the Digital upskill of KC Supply Chain


You will join us with a professional qualification in supply chain, data science, finance or business administration at degree level or have equivalent work experience.


Knowledge of excel at an advanced level is essential and data visualisation tools such as PowerBI and Tableau would be highly beneficial.

Working experience of SAP ERP / BW and databases is desirable.
