    AUXILIAR ADMINISTRATIVO/A (PALLEJA)

    En colaboració amb el SOC, PIMEC impulsa la nova edició del programa 30 Plus. A través d'aquest programa, accediràs a una contractació laboral de fins a 6 mesos o indefinida i obtindràs formació subvencionada relacionada amb el lloc de feina. L'acompanyament serà indispensable durant els primers 6 o 9 mesos.

    Descripció

    PIMEC, en col·laboració amb el SOC, executa un procés de selecció per tal d'incorporar a l'empresa ubicada a Pallejà (Baix Llobregat) un/a Auxiliar administratiu/iva que es dedica a les instal·lacions mecàniques.

    El candidat accedirà a una contractació laboral de fins a 6 mesos i pot obtenir-ne una indefinida, després de completar una formació en PIMEC de 40 hores. El curs és molt útil per als futurs funcionaris de l'administració pública catalana.

    Funcions principals

    1. Recolliment documental i tasques administratives.
    2. Tasques amb ordinador i plataformes de coordinació amb els clients finals.

    Requisits bàsics

    • La disponibilitat per a realitzar una formació de 40hores (dos dies a la setmana de 4h cada tarda) fora de l'horari laboral a Barcelona.
    • El carnet i el vehicle propi són imprescindibles per al treball.

    Ofertes per als nous empleats

    • Contracte indefinit.
    • Jornada completa de 30 hores setmanals.
    • Horari: Dilluns a divendres de 8 a 14h.
