Job Description:

Our Early Career program provides a platform for participants to launch or accelerate their careers.

Through a range of approaches including innovative experiential learning and technical training, performance assessments, formalized mentoring, and exposure to senior leaders, our Early Career program offers unparalleled development opportunities for our diverse early career talent.

Whether you're a recent university graduate, or someone with less than two years of work experience, the program is designed to evolve with the rapid pace of technological advancements and changing employee preferences to ensure that today's participants become leaders capable of conquering tomorrow's challenges.


With the objective of developing exceptional students into exceptional professionals, the Early Career Program offers 2 years comprehensive and accelerated training designed to build the technical knowledge and skills you will need for a rewarding and challenging career at AIG.

As a Full-time Claims Analyst, you will experience a combination of self-study, classroom, and on-the-job assignments that will quickly develop your professional knowledge.

Training sessions will be part of the program.

You will learn first hand how to:

  • Determine whether to accept or deny a claim based on all documentation received.
  • Analyze and determine insurance coverages, from coverage enquiry through legal liability assessment (where relevant) and quantum analysis, to timely and accurate resolution, as well as interact with professionals at all levels of the organization.


The technical knowledge and work relationships gained in the Early Career Program truly allows participants to hit the ground running in their claims career.

Job Profile - Requirements and skills - What we're looking for:

  • University Graduates or a little bit of experience in Insurance industry.
  • Law or Business Administration degree preferred
  • Fluent English skills (written & spoken)
  • Industry related summer internship or work experience is a plus
