Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Manage the country CEO calendar, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining files.
  • Act as a liaison between the country CEO and various stakeholders, including employees, clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Assist with oversight of key projects within the company, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure project success and timely completion.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the CEO in making strategic decisions.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with the CEO, taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Provide guidance and support to other members of the executive team as needed.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a combination of executive support, project management, and/or chief of staff roles.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
