Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage the country CEO calendar, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining files.
- Act as a liaison between the country CEO and various stakeholders, including employees, clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Assist with oversight of key projects within the company, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure project success and timely completion.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the CEO in making strategic decisions.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Coordinate and attend meetings with the CEO, taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Provide guidance and support to other members of the executive team as needed.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a combination of executive support, project management, and/or chief of staff roles.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
