    Electromechanical Service Engineer Role

    At IBA Worldwide, we are shaping the future of cancer care by installing state-of-the-art proton therapy systems across Spain.

    We seek talented technical professionals to join our teams on permanent contracts.

    Key Responsibilities

    You will play a key role in treating patients and fighting cancer as part of our mission.

    As Electromechanical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

    • Installing, calibrating, and commissioning the Proton Therapy Centre's electromechanical equipment.
    • Testing and validating equipment according to specifications, ensuring customer requirements are met.
    • Critically analyzing data to diagnose potential technical problems.
    • Troubleshooting equipment issues, including electrical and mechanical problems.

    Requirements

    You have:

    • A Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
    • Sound experience in electronics/electrical system troubleshooting, mechanical system design and repair.
    • Technical knowledge of cooling systems, vacuum systems, PLCs regulation loops, drivers, sensors, electric motors, positioning equipment, high and low voltage equipment.
    • The ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
