Reporting to the Global Demand Planning Manager, will be the responsible to create and to manage a global inventory plan for a group of products of Grifols Diagnostics Division.

Ensuring the proper planning processes, monitoring parameters and metrics and collaborating with other departments.


What your responsibilities will be

Manage inventory planning processes and tools. Develop and stablish high level of collaboration between departments.

  • Owner of the planning processes, tools, flows and templates.
  • Ensure that all planning activities happen on time with the right quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments on data flows to support integrated planning.
  • Deliver full visibility to the business on the inventory plans and the financial reconciliation associated to them.
  • Highlight and escalate supply constrained situations to global and regional commercial heads and inventory planners for demand allocation prioritisation and review.
  • Review aggregated inventory plan fulfilment with manufacturing and external suppliers in S&OP process.
  • Participate and ensure the supply of new product launches.
  • Manage product lifecycle situations and adjust planning processes and tools properly.
  • Implement process improvements by partnering with other Grifols functions like finance, industrial, IT and the rest of Supply Chain.

Monitor critical planning parameters and metrics.

  • Ensure parameters alignment within regions, service level and production capacity.
  • Monitor root cause analysis and action plan implementation for any metrics deviation.
  • Provide visibility to all stakeholders on their performance against the plan.
  • Provide the information to facilitate strategic decisions on issue resolution & gap closing.

  • Bachelor's Degree of Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Demand/Inventory/Supply Planning functions.
  • Experience or knowledge of SAP SD/MM/PP.
  • Advanced level in MS Excel and other MS products (PowerPoint, Word, Access).
  • Proactive selfstarter dedicated to continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in ambiguous situations and respond appropriately in a timely manner.
  • Excellent analytical skill to interpret complex data and effective problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Team working skills.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English.
  • Desirable: Pharmaceutical industry background.
  • Desirable: Prior experience in Demand and Inventory planning software implementation.

Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
