- Leading and overseeing the design and implementation of enterprise technology solutions focused on Microsoft 365 integrations, ensuring strategic alignment with the client's business goals

- Managing complex projects involving the migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 using specialized migration tools such as Quest, AvePoint, and Cloudiway
:

- Producing comprehensive and detailed analysis and design documentation that supports the successful delivery and sustainability of technology solutions

- Engaging directly with senior client stakeholders to identify opportunities for technological advancements and smooth transition strategies

- Establishing rigorous IT processes and standards to enhance operational efficiency and security across deployed solutions
