As a Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of experienced engineers in our Global Technical Support organization,


Our team is comprised of leading technology specialists, including VCPs, CCIEs, Microsoft Certified Professionals, Linux and Nutanix Platform Professionals, among many others.

Our customer base is growing rapidly, and we're building a team of top-tier Systems Reliability Engineers who share our passion for customer success.

**Meet your System Reliability Engineers team

Your Role
As a manager at Nutanix, you lead a diverse and international team of SREs. You have a central role in the organization as you are the mediator between the people and business needs.

You help and motivate your team to grow and align with your peers about the people's performance and operational change adoption.


You are expected to:

  • Split your time between empowering your team, supporting them in their duties, and coaching them to realize their full potential and manage their daily activities.
  • Conducting regular team meetings and performance discussions with support engineers.
  • Act as pointofcontact for escalated issues to ensure appropriate response to customers. Help build and grow the team by recruiting top talent.

What you'll bring

  • Extensive experience as a people manager in the IT/customer support field. Experience in a technical role is a big plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership, great time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Any additional language is a plus.
  • Experience in customerfacing roles and a customerfirst mindset. Ability to adapt to changes in a fastgrowing environment.

We offer permanent employment with an annual gross base salary
starting from €70.000 . Th e base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
