As an Associate Project Manager at ICON, you will support the delivery of global clinical studies within Development Operations and Study Management.

You will work with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure studies meet time, cost, and quality objectives.

The role focuses on coordinating study activities, managing documents, and assisting with budgets and risk mitigation under a structured project-management framework.

This is a collaborative, fast-paced position that contributes to advancing innovative therapies in a global setting.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

• Oversee delegated study delivery in partnership with clinical experts and service providers
• Prepare delegated study documents (e.g., Informed Consent Form, master Clinical Study Agreement) and SPDs for external vendors
• Coordinate interactions with internal functions (Enablement, Data Management, Procurement, Regulatory, Patient Safety, QA) and CROs to ensure timely, cost-effective, quality study delivery
• Support planning and conduct of internal and external meetings (e.g., Investigators'/Monitors' meetings)
• Ensure Investigational product and study materials supply by liaising with Clinical Supply Chain or vendors
• Contribute to risk and issue identification with mitigation/action plans
• Verify and quality-check Trial Master File documents within GSM scope
• Assist in budget management such as external service provider invoice reconciliation
• Adhere to global clinical processes, ICH/GCP, and Quality & Compliance manuals to ensure inspection readiness
• Support Global Study Director/Associate Director in project management per delegation
• For outsourced studies, support Global Study Director/Associate Director as required

Responsabilidades

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research or associate project xugodme management
• Experience across all phases and lifecycle of a study
• Good project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work independently
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Computer proficiency with strong day-to-day IT skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
