For our customer we are looking for inbound call center agents who can answer customer question in an enthusiastic, friendly and respectful way.

This position is available in Valencia. You will need to relocate to Valencia where you can experience the city to the fullest. Are you up for this next step in your career? Then this job could be yours

Tasks

Requirements:

Call Centre experience is an added value, but not required;
Basic computer skills are necessary;
Able to follow procedures around sensitive data;
Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours (shifts including evening and weekend services).
You are looking for a challenging long term position.

Working hours:
Monday - Saturday between 09:00 and 21:00 uur (in shifts).

Part-time is possible but keep in mind that both training sessions are fulltime and that it is advised to work at least 32 hours per week in the first 2/3 months.

After this period they could potentially work 24 hours per week.
