    As a Learning Programs Lead in the Digital Academy you will be developing and deploying learning solutions to meet our employees' needs on digital upskilling aligned with our strategy and key market trends.

    What will you do:

    • Partner with key stakeholders and the business to understand the needs of targeted audiences and provide consultation on best way to meet them
    • Design and develop learning programs according to the identified needs
    • Partner with wide network of collaborators within and outside the learning community for the development and deployment of learning as needed
    • Manage learning-related communication using all available internal communication channels and digital tools, to promote learning activities in the Academy ́s scope
    • Support the continuous improvement of our learning offer and employee experience through collection and analysis of learner feedback and identification of related solutions
    • Support the learning content vendor selection, and implementation of new platforms / tools for learners and the team as needed ensuring our learning offer and resources always are up to date and are innovative
    • Manage learning platform(s) administration, analytics, reporting to improve the learner experience and engagement with our offer

    Who You Are

    • More than 6 years of previous experience, out of which at least 4 in a role related to learning and development
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Digital Field, Digital Learning, Communications, or Business / Project Management related disciplines.
    • Knowledgeable on Digital topics and skills sought by companies today. Past work experience in a digital domain will be considered as a plus.
    • Familiarized with e-learning platforms and practices
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Passionate about providing excellent learner experience and impact
    • Strong team player
    • Fluent Communicator and English speaker
    • Proficient in Office Applications. Learning Design Authoring and Animation / Video Creation Tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia) will be considered as a plus.
