The challenge

How your day to day could look like?

Work closely with senior recruiters managing the endtoend recruiting process across roles and functions, with a specific focus on quality, in full autonomy and ownership.
Be an active part of the team, proposing and implementing best recruitment practices and identifying room for improvement.
Contribute to the hiring processes and procedures, employer branding and organizational planning that will allow the company to scale effectively.
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and ensure alignment on the specifications of each role needed while executing solid sourcing.

You're the perfect fit for the role if

At least
1 year of experience as an IT recruiter, ideally in a hypergrowth, fastpaced IT software company, with strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
Experienced user of a modern ATS.
Strong boolean skills, and experience with various sourcing platforms and job boards.
Experience in successful collaboration with stakeholders and Hiring Managers.
Ability to shift from working autonomously to being part of a collaborative HR team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides).

Data-driven approach and experience with analytics dashboards

Strong oral and written communication skills in
English and Spanish are a must.

What can you expect from our hiring process?

1st step:
Phone call with our Talent Acquisition team

During this first phone call, we want to meet you and understand your expectations in terms of career plan, and what motivates you, and give you an overview of the role and Nuvolar's work environment.

2nd step:
Cultural fit interview

It's time for a face-to-face meeting (online) so we can meet each other and lay out everything we can offer you and what you can bring to our Nuvofamily so that we can succeed together If we're on the same page, we move straight to the last step.

3rd step:
Final HR Interview

An introduction to the other team members to give you a better idea of Nuvolar's team culture and so you can meet some potential future colleagues.
