You will be responsible for promoting our B2B business as well as, developing and executing FCM's long and short term business strategy.

As a member of the business development team you will have a high degree of autonomy to contribute to FCM Travel sales revenue and forge good customer relationships.


THE JOB


Based in Barcelona and as part of our amazing Human Resources team, you will be supporting our team on topics related to Office Management and HR topics.


YOUR MISSIONS

Workplace Management:


  • Under the Office Manager approval, you manage office supplies including food, beverage, stationery, ensuring the office looks nice and tidy on a daily basis, etc.
  • You make our Office a great place to work and proactively be engaged in work environment initiatives, events and nice activities
  • You are the goto person when someone needs hardware replacements, IT Items and inventory control
  • You collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure timely and accurate collection of invoices from various sources
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, document preparation and filing
  • You help us to improve our workplace with new decoration initiatives, assisting with the benchmark, looking for new suppliers and better deals
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing letters and packages

Admin & HR Support:


  • Daily admin assistance in HR Matters related to People & Culture (language lessons, surveys, internal communication templates )
  • Help with Onboarding and Offboarding (Laptop Setup, access creation, badges )
  • You also find ways to improve our daily work by proposing new HR Processes
  • You have interest in Office Management and HR field
  • You speak fluently Spanish and good English level (French or Catalan is a plus)
  • More importantly, you are outgoing, with a positive and friendly attitude
  • Confidentiality and rigorousness are your strong points

  • A first call and discussion with Tifenn, People & Culture
  • An interview with Sarah, Office Manager
  • You are invited to have a coffee in our office to see the site and
meet the team, including Balbina, HR Manager Spain
