What the role entails:


The Games Design Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing core operational support tasks within game design and serves as a liaison between various departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.

The core purpose of this role is to increase game designers' efficiency, resulting in overall better production output per game designer.

This role requires an individual with good self-management discipline to work independently and support all three design teams (UK, Manila & Budapest) simultaneously.


  • Support document and confirmation requests from different disciplines outside the game production, across all studios.
  • Update and maintain standards for casino games, including loading sequence, currency handling, decimal value handling, common dialogues, and game history. Refer to documentation for validation.
  • Review and document general video slots and grid slots features and gameplay, such as game sequence, autoplay, gamble feature, game help, paytable content, and updating new jurisdictional requirements.
  • Address requests for filling missing and outdated information in game standards and documentation, from Jira tickets.
  • Clarify feature functionality (with access to GDD and other production documentation), including Hyperspin and AutoSpin, based on common implementations in games.
  • Support translation tasks for old games, addressing issues in different languages collaborating with Translation services and UI team.
  • Tests and verifies games and game features

What we ask of you

Requirements:


  • Experience in business management or project management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong oral and written English
  • The ability to coordinate tasks and liaise with stakeholders with mínimal input and guidance
  • A selfstarter who can actively seek out areas for improvement and develop potential solutions

Preferences:

  • Experience working on online slot games
  • Experience working with the MS suite (including Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
