Are you ready to join the adventure ?


As an Engineering Manager, you will:

  • Hire and manage multiple engineering teams
  • Understand engineering dashboards and KPIs and use them as a management tool
  • Hold regular 1:1s with team managers and occasional skiplevel 1:1s with all members of their team
  • Management mentorship of Team and Tech Leads and advice on specific managerial topics
  • Generate and test process improvements, especially crossteam processes, and coordinate with Head Of Engineering and other Engineering Managers to implement it
  • Make sure that all team member get regular and clear feedback around the individual's performance
  • Make team members grow
  • Animate teams in Poland (remotely and in Warsaw offices) and organize the office life

About you:


  • Technical credibility: Past experience as a product engineer and leading teams thereof
  • Management credibility: Significant past experience as a Team Leader or equivalent
  • Leadership: Ability to lead teams to success, pointing out blocking points and managing velocity
  • Ability to understand, communicate and improve the quality of multiple teams
  • Collaborate effectively with others and achieve consensus amongst stakeholders when needed
  • Share our values in its work and within its teams
  • Prior product company experience

It will be a plus if you have:

  • Prior high-growth startup experience
  • Experience working on systems at massive (i.e. consumer) scale
  • Open source experience
  • Experience working with modern frameworks
  • Experience working in large teams
  • DevOps / AWS deep understanding
  • Architecture skills
