    Job Opportunity

    As a Technical Account Manager, you will develop a deep understanding of customer business and technical needs to provide tailored support solutions.

    • You will guide customers with proactive guidance to keep their mission-critical environments healthy by identifying potential issues before they become problems.

    This role involves becoming a trusted advisor to your customers through advanced troubleshooting on the full range of products and reproducing customer environments on lab equipment. You will also be responsible for managing customer communications until each case is closed.



    We are looking for individuals with good knowledge of data networking protocols (TCP/IP, routing, switching) as well as hands-on experience in security products (firewalls, IDS/IPS, DDoS VPN web application firewalls).
    A strong background in troubleshooting problem-solving skills face-to-face or remote customer management experience are essential qualifications for this position.
