Job Description Summary:
Provide administrative support to c-suite executive.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supports csuite executive with scheduling, travel, logistics, expenses and other administrative work
  • Compiles materials to prepare for meetings with and/or to present to external stakeholders
  • Coordinates with internal thought leaders to assemble relevant materials/insights
  • Organizes speaking engagements
  • Coordinates with communications team on matters relative to executive's messaging/voice
  • Applies basic understanding of key business drivers and stakeholders to prioritize own work and the executive's calendar/time
  • Informs executive of sensitive issues/conflicts in a timely manner
  • Collaborates with all levels of individuals to accomplish tasks
  • Balances cost and convenience when making travel/logistics arrangements

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires advanced experience in administrative support. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
